Prime Minister Narendra Modi was praised by villagers when he opened a 500 kW solar power plant. He praised the efforts of people who put all their hearts and souls into creating a project worth 2.75 crore rupees. It will pursue several goals, from providing daily energy to providing employment opportunities for rural youth.

All 1,500 solar panels with a total area of ​​6,408 square meters will provide clean electricity to 340 houses of modern panchayat under the central government program "Gram Urja Swaraj", officials said.

Residents of the Palli in the border area of ​​Samba were excited by the visit of the Prime Minister. They described the day as a "very important day" in the modern history of India's development and transformation.

Accordingly, the village of Palli in the Samba region of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is planned to become the first carbon-free solar panchayat. From sunshine to travelling on electric buses, the struggle continues to make the union's territory carbon-neutral. The village is fully powered by solar energy, all records are digitized, and all central initiatives are fully utilized.

Palli has undergone a complete transformation, from gravel roads to the newly created electric bus. The solar installation with a capacity of 500 kW with a total area of ​​6408 square meters is installed at a record speed.

Under the Gram Urja Swraj national government program, the station will be responsible for providing clean electricity to approximately 340 homes. The solar installation will provide enough electricity to meet the daily needs of 2,000 residents of Palli.

All his records have been digitized, and the benefits of all the central schemes are available in this village about 17 km from Jammu.
