In fact, Russian President Putin has issued an order, according to which Russian forces will work to maintain peace in Luhansk and Donetsk. President Putin has recognized the two separatist regions of Ukraine, Donetsk and Luhansk. After this order, the fear of war has increased further. In such a situation, this step has been taken in view of security.

Russian President Vladimir Putin addressed the nation on television last night. Putin said Russian forces would enter Eastern Europe and work to establish peace in separatist regions.

According to the mandate of the President, Russian forces will work to maintain peace in Luhansk and Donetsk. President Putin has recognized Ukraine's two separatist regions, Donetsk and Luhansk. They are controlled by Russia-backed separatists.

He condemned Ukraine, saying that there is a puppet regime and Ukraine has become a US colony. The President of Russia claimed that Ukraine has no history of being a real nation and that modern Ukraine has been made by Russia.

Referring to Ukraine's inclusion in NATO, he defined it as a move to directly threaten Russia's security. In his address, he reiterated that NATO has ignored Russia's security concerns.

Before concluding his address, he insisted that Russia would recognize the territories held by the rebels. Along with this, he also warned that Ukraine should stop attacking rebel bases or else it will have to face the consequences.

However, during his entire address, he did not give any evidence for most of the claims he made. Immediately after his address, he signed a document recognizing the rebels.

Accordingly, the Russian Armed Forces will carry out peace work in these areas. Although it is not very clear what this means, experts in Ukraine and Russia believe that with the signing of these documents, Putin can now officially send Russian troops to rebel-held areas of Ukraine.
