8 अप्रैल को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के तीन जजों की बेंच ने बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण फैसला सुनाया है। इस पीठ ने "जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रतिकूल प्रभावों के खिलाफ अधिकार" को एक मौलिक अधिकार माना है और, अनुच्छेद 14 और 21 के दायरे का विस्तार किया है।
