Neeraj Bishnoi, Bulli Bai app Mastermind is a student from Bhopal

Who is Neeraj Bishnoi | Ground Report | New Delhi: Delhi Police has arrested Neeraj Bishnoi from Assam in Bulli Bai Case. It is being said to be the mastermind of Bulli Bai app. So far 4 arrests have been made in this case.

The special team of Delhi Police has arrested Neeraj from Jorhat in Assam. According to DCP (IFSO) KPS Malhotra, Neeraj is the real mastermind of this app and he had the access to the main Twitter account of the app. Some evidence has been found from his house which proves that he had created the app.

Who is Neeraj Bishnoi?

According to Police the 21-year-old Neeraj Bishnoi is a second-year engineering student at a Bhopal-based institute. Bishnoi was arrested in his hometown of Assam's Jorhat and will be taken to Delhi this afternoon.

Neeraj is a B.Tech sophomore at the Vellore Institute of Technology in Bhopal. Residence of Neeraj is in Digambar Jorhat of Assam. Cops also seized a device from his home on which the app was created.

This is the first arrest made by Delhi police in the case, after an FIR was filed in the case on January 2. Photos of hundreds of Muslim women were misused in the 'Bulli Bai' app, which went public on January 1.

Earlier in the week, Mumbai police arrested three defendants, two from Uttarakhand and one from Bengaluru, in connection with the Bulli Bai case.

Previously three students arrested in this case. Mumbai Cyber Police arrested Mayank Rawal 21 year old student from Uttarakhand. Shweta Singh (19) from Uttarakhand. An engineering student Vishal Kumar Jha (21) arrested from Bengaluru.

Mayank Rawal 21 Year old Student

Mayank Rawal was arrested from Pauri Garhwal of Uttarakhand. 20-year-old boy, son of a serving army man posted in Jammu.

Shweta Singh 19 Year old girl

As per Hindustan Times report, the girl, a class 12 pass-out, appeared before a local judge in Udham Singh Nagar district, who granted pretrial detention in transit to take her to Mumbai.

Vishal Kumar Jha, 21 Year old student

Vishal Jha, an engineering student was arrested on Monday from Bangalore by the Mumbai Police in connection with the auction of Muslim women on social media.

Jha is just 21 years old and this person was associated with Bulli Bai App.
