Vasant Vihar: A girl gang-raped in a moving car in Delhi

A 16-year-old girl from Delhi’s Vasant Vihar was gang-raped by 3 boys in a moving car. The accused carried out this crime in the car after intoxicating the girl with alcohol. From Delhi to Ghaziabad, they kept turning the car and raped her one by one.

According to the victim, she is a resident of Vasant Vihar and studies in class X. On July 6, she went to her friend’s house in Motibagh. While returning at night, near Vasant village market, she met two boys who took her along on the pretext of roaming around. After that they called their third friend with WagonR. These 3 accused first mixed intoxicants in the drink of the victim and then raped her in turn. They kept moving the car from Delhi to Ghaziabad and gang-raped her one by one.

These three boys also had unnatural sex with the girl and made a video of this crime. This minor girl was gang-raped in a moving vehicle from Delhi to Ghaziabad, but no one even came to know about it. The girl was also assaulted during this time. Coming from Delhi to Ghaziabad and again from Ghaziabad to Delhi, the accused dropped victim from the car and fled.

The girl reached the Vasant Vihar police station and registered an FIR about the incident that happened to her. The police immediately searched for the accused. Vasant Vihar Police has registered a case under IPC section 323/354/342/376D/377/506/363 and 6/8 POCSO Act. Now all the three accused have come in the custody of the police.
