3 जुलाई 2025 को MP सरकार ने सरदारपुर खरमोर अभयारण्य का 215.28 वर्ग किमी डिनोटिफाई किया। 14 गांवों के आदिवासी किसानों को मिली जमीन पर पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता।

The Second Bird Survey at Sardarpur Bird Sanctuary, led by Wildlife Warriors and the Forest Department, documented 24 new bird species, raising the count to 94. The findings underscore the area's bird diversity and call for increased conservation efforts.
