Conclusion
The state of Madhya Pradesh goes to polls this year. Both opposition parties i.e. Congress, and the ruling party BJP are making promises to interest their voters. The construction of flyovers and bridges is always treated as a path of development. More often than not, they are announced whenever elections are around. Definitely, these cities would need this construction to manage the traffic. But, the undertones of an election maneuver can't be sidelined.
