Bhopal will face scheduled power cuts in nearly 50 areas on Friday due to maintenance work by the electricity department. The outages will range from 1 to 6 hours across different parts of the city. Key residential colonies, townships, and commercial areas will be affected, including Rohit Nagar, Bairagarh Road, CI Park, Sankhedi, Rajharsh, Banskhedi, and Mendora.
The maintenance work is expected to cause temporary disruptions in electricity supply, impacting daily routines. Residents are advised to plan accordingly.
People are advised to charge devices, fill water tanks, and plan work around the outage schedule. The power company says this is part of routine maintenance to improve service

The electricity department has urged residents to plan ahead. Charge your devices. Store enough water. Complete important tasks before the outage. Power is expected to be restored as per the schedule. If it gets delayed, contact your local electricity office for updates.
