A glacial lake outburst flood in Sikkim last week has left a trail of devastation, with over 40 people dead, many missing, countless injured.

The bursting of South Lhonak Glacial Lake in India's north-eastern state Sikkim has caused floods in the four districts Mangan, Gangtok, Pakyong and Namchi.
