The Union Ministry of Women and Child Development revealed that no audit on the impact of climate change on women and children has been conducted, despite global recognition of gender-specific vulnerabilities.

In a recent survey, it was found four out of five people globally are in favor of taking whatever measures necessary to limit climate change.
