Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) tweeted that the Delhi Police has put CM Arvind Kejriwal on house arrest ever since he visited the Farmers' protest site yesterday. Kejriwal visited Singhu Border on Monday to support the farmers and to inspect the arrangements. Today the whole country, except some BJP ruled states, is observing Bharat Bandh in support of the protesting farmers and against these three farm laws.
Farmers are protesting at the three Delhi state borders for the last thirteen days against the three newly passed Farm Laws. Farmers are adamant on the scrap of all these laws. Farmers and Govt representatives made five rounds of talk in the last 15 days, but it resulted unconcluded. After the fifth round of the talk between the two, farmers called a nationwide strike, Bharat Bandh for December 8th.

Yesterday, Akhilesh Pati Tripathi, MLA Model Townposted a video on his twitter account. The video show he was being beaten up by the Delhi Police and that he was denien meeting with the Delhi CM Kejriwal.
However, Delhi Police and the BJP denied such claims made by the Aam Aadmi Party. Anto Alphonse, DCP North, Delhi, in opne of his statement after the allegation says, "This statement is absolutely incorrect. As being the CM of Delhi, he can move around wherever he wants."

In a press conference today, AAP's Saurabh Bhardwaj claimed "Yesterday our MLAs went to meet the chief minister they were beaten up by the Delhi Police. The cops thrown them on the streets. Party volunteers were also not allowed to meet the CM Arvind Kejriwal."
DCP North Delhi replied on the tweet of AAP claiming that the CM is on house arrest.
