Shah Faesal shared a video of Prime Minister Modi interacting with Covid vaccination beneficiaries in Varanasi, and wrote, “This is more than just a vaccination program. It’s good governance + human capital formation + nation building + India assuming global leadership as a Jagat Guru”.

In the midst of this round of discussions, Shah Faesal has now praised the Corona vaccination program launched by the Modi government. It is also a time for praise in which all opposition parties are criticizing the Modi government regarding vaccination. In such a situation, by speaking in favor of the government, Shah Faesal has given an indication of which side he is on.

Earlier Shah Faesal had a Twitter exchange with BJP leader Kapil Mishra when the latter reacted to the IAS topper’s tweet.

Reacting to Faesal’s tweet, Mishra wrote “370 swaha”, to which the ex-IAS officer responded, “To kya karun mein marjawun (So should I die now?)”.

Faesal announced his resignation from the IAS and became a vocal critic of the government. Special status was removed from Jammu and Kashmir in 2019, on which he tweeted, saying Kashmir would require a long continuous non-violent political mass movement for restoration of political rights.

After resigning from the party, Shah Faesal said in an interview to the newspaper Indian Express that people had made such a perception about him that he was anti-national. He blamed his statements for this and said that in the last one year some of my disputed statements had created such an image of me.
