ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 is now in action at host country India. And, Team India will start their World Cup campaign on Oct 8th against Australia at MA Chidambaram (Chepauk) stadium in Chennai. Before the clash, the Indian side started their preparations by wearing a new training kit.
New orange colour kit
Rohit Sharma and company were seen wearing a new orange colour kit that is to be used by the whole Indian squad during the practice sessions in the World Cup 2023. Pictures went viral on social media that attracts users most. Many users are happy with the new training kit while some social media users are upset. Some users are trolling the Indian Cricket Board saying that this kit is looking more like a delivery guy from Swiggy.
Earlier, Team India arrived in Chennai on Oct 4 ahead of the big game. However, Captain Rohit Sharma travelled later to Chennai after participating in captain photoshoot for the World Cup in Ahmedabad. After competing against Australia on oct 8, Rohit Sharma and Team will head to Delhi where they face Afghanistan on Oct 11th at Arun Jaitley Stadium.
