Pandey said this while addressing the Keran Mela-2021 in the northern district of Kupwara. The fair was organized by the Army along the Line of Control (LoC) on the banks of the famous Kishanganga River. Senior army officers were also present on the occasion.

Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the Keran Mela, the GOC said that the Army will continue to organize events, irrespective of whether the Line of Control (LoC) is peaceful or not. “When the Line of Control is peaceful, it is beneficial for the people living on the border to lead a better life.
