Hiralal Saini viral video part 2, child pgraphy case registered

Ground Report | New Delhi: Hiralal Saini viral video; The Special Task Force (SOG) of Rajasthan Police on Friday arrested an officer of Rajasthan Police Service (RPS) in a case of moral malpractice. The officer and the woman constable were suspended on September 8 for moral malpractice after a departmental inquiry. SOG Additional Director General Ashok Rathod said that Hiralal Saini, who was the Police Officer (CO) of Beawar in Ajmer, was detained from a resort in Udaipur on Thursday night.

The video clip shows Saini purportedly indulging in s* activities with the constable in a swimming pool. The six-year-old son of the female constable was also in the same pool. Saini has reportedly claimed that the video has been tampered with. The constable's husband informed the police that he married the woman in 2001 and got a job in the police department in 2008.

The child pgraphy unit of SOG Jaipur reached the Ambamata police station along with DSP Hiralal. Preliminary action was taken in the police station. After staying for about 2 hours, the team left for Jaipur.

Officer HL Saini was posted as circle officer Beawar, while the constable was posted in Jaipur. Saini was arrested from a resort in Udaipur on Thursday night. He has been brought to Jaipur and SOG has started an investigation.

Director-General of Police ML Lather said that the police took suo motu cognizance of the video going viral on social media and arrested Saini. A case was registered at the Cyber ​​Crime Station of SOG.

The police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from S* Offenses (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act. The woman constable was not arrested as she was with her child. An official familiar with the developments said he would be arrested later.

The video clip purportedly shows Saini in a compromising position with the constable in a swimming pool. He was accompanied by the policeman's six-year-old son in the pool.

It is worth noting that the police headquarters had also put the officer of Chitwa police station in line for not taking the matter seriously. The chargesheet of 17 CC was also handed over on the orders of the SP.
