Earlier, the Aam Aadmi Party had claimed through its official Twitter handle that the BJP government through its Delhi Police has arrested Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. This was done after Kejriwal returned to meet the farmers at the Singhu border. The party also claimed that no one is being allowed to go to Kejriwal's house, nor is anyone allowed to come out.

DCP Alphonse has said that 'the deployment of police has been done for general reasons. If a situation does not arise between the Aam Aadmi Party and any other party, the police force has been carefully increased. The Chief Minister was not arrested in the house.

The Aam Aadmi Party has press conference and alleged, "Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been arrested on the orders of the Home Ministry. Because of supporting the farmer movement, the BJP has arrested the Chief Minister of Delhi. The central pressure was that farmers should be imprisoned in the Delhi Stadium, the peasant movement should be crushed. Ever since the Chief Minister supported the farmers, the Central Government has been shocked. We will not leave the farmers, they are our feeders. ''

AAP leader Sanjay Singh said in a tweet, "As soon as Arvind Kejriwal came back home to meet the farmers on the Singhu border, he was placed under house arrest on the orders of Home Minister Amit Shah. He was arrested so that Kejriwal could not get out of the house in support of Bharat Bandh.

The Aam Aadmi Party has claimed that the Delhi Police is not allowing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to come out of the house.

AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said in a press conference, "The central government is afraid that the Chief Minister will definitely come out in support of farmers today."

In an effort not to support the farmers, since Monday, BJP leaders have been holding the Chief Minister's door and the Delhi Police has installed barricades.

Saurabh said, "The central government is scared of the farmers of the country, but there is so much pride that they will not accept their legitimate demand.

All efforts are being made to crush the farmers, ever since the Chief Minister has come together with the farmers, the Delhi Police has surrounded the house. The Chief Minister is almost imprisoned in his house. ''
