  • The Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor

  • The Election Commission’s Special Revision of voter rolls in Bihar

  • US President Donald Trump’s claims about mediating a ceasefire between India and Pakistan

  • Foreign policy concerns

  • Restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir

  • Crimes against women

  • Farmers' problems

  • Rising unemployment

They demand that Prime Minister Modi speak on the Pahalgam attack, Trump’s ceasefire remarks, and the EC’s actions in Bihar. The opposition accuses the government of influencing state elections through the voter roll revision.

He urged parties to ensure smooth functioning of Parliament and confirmed that all points raised would be discussed in the Business Advisory Committees of both Houses.

Rijiju also responded to the opposition's demand for Modi’s statements. He said the Prime Minister is always present in Parliament when not on foreign trips but may not always be in the House.
