Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav inaugurated the My Rewa Citizen App on Sunday, a new digital service platform developed by the Rewa Municipal Corporation to improve citizen services. The app is designed to help residents of Rewa access a variety of municipal services directly from their smartphones, making it easier to resolve issues, track services, and stay connected with the local government.

Dr. Yadav launched the app during an event where a short film showcasing its features was also screened. He interacted with senior citizens and encouraged them to contribute to the development of the district.

What is My Rewa Citizen App?

The My Rewa Citizen App is a mobile application aimed at simplifying interactions between Rewa residents and municipal services. Through the app, citizens can:

  • Register complaints about issues such as cleanliness, street lighting, roads, sewerage, and drinking water.

  • Receive real-time updates on the status of their complaints.

  • Share suggestions and feedback with the local administration.

  • Access municipal services like birth and death certificates, property tax payments, water tax, permits, and no-objection certificates.

The app also allows users to upload photos with complaints, mark locations using Google Maps, and provides a straightforward and transparent platform for complaint resolution, directly linked to the CM Helpline for faster assistance.

In addition to launching the app, Dr. Yadav also inaugurated a newly constructed rest house at the Rajnivas Circuit House in Rewa. Built in the Indo-European architectural style, the rest house was developed at a cost of ₹656.45 lakh and is equipped with modern amenities to cater to visitors. Dr. Yadav performed a ceremonial worship and formally opened the facility.

The rest house includes six suite rooms, a meeting hall, a drawing room, a dining area, an elevator, and fire safety systems. It is expected to provide a comfortable and modern stay for all visitors to the district.
