Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that in order to strengthen the agricultural sector in the country, several provisions have been made in the budget to increase the income of farmers, with the help of Agriculture Infrastructure Fund to strengthen APMC.

Modi said that “this budget is particularly focused on those sectors which will increase wealth and wellness at a fast pace”.

Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan has welcomed the government’s decision to increase the health sector funding in the general budget and said that the health and welfare of the people have found a place in the center.
He has said, “The Finance Minister talked to everyone in six important sectors of the economy, including the health sector. It has decided to increase the health sector by 137%, which is 2.47 times more than the estimated budget of last year. This in itself is a big success. “
2,23,846 crore has been proposed for the health sector in the budget.
