While hearing petitions for court monitoring of encounter of Vikas Dubey and his associates, the Supreme Court on Monday, expressed concern over the law and order situation in the state.

Vikas Dubey’s dramatic chase and encounter has got Uttar Pradesh (UP) police and Yogi Adityanath government under the scanner once again.

The wanted gangster, Vikas Dubey was killed in an encounter on Friday morning. On thusday he was arrested form Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
