The State Bank of India (SBI) has an important message for its customers who use SBI internet banking, YONO and YONO Lite.

State Bank of India, the country's largest government bank, has alerted its millions of customers. SBI has tweeted that all the online services of the bank will be disrupted today i.e. on November 8. Today you cannot avail the bank's internet banking, mobile banking facility. This means, SBI Bank customers today may face difficulty in conducting online transactions. However, customers of the bank can make money transactions through ATMs.

In its tweet, SBI said, "We request our respected customers to upgrade our Internet banking platform to provide a better online banking experience." During this upgrade activity, Internet banking, YONO and YONO Lite may be interrupted on 8 November 2020. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

SBI has cautioned customers in another tweet. SBI said, SBI customers are requested to be vigilant on social media and do not come for any misleading and fake messages. SBI said in its tweet, "We request our customer to beware of fake misleading messages circulating on social media from SBI."

The country's largest bank keeps issuing alerts for the safety of customers. The purpose of SBI is to protect customers' money. The bank keeps sending alerts to customers through its Twitter handle and MMS.

The bank has said that the Yono app and Yono Lite app will also be affected under this upgrade process. In such a situation, the customer should make all the preparations in advance and tackle the necessary tasks today.

Explain that to know the balance of SBI, you have to make a missed call on the toll-free number '9223766666' from your registered mobile number. To know the balance from SMS, send 'BAL' SMS on 09223766666.

 After this, you will get the information about the balance through the message. Keep in mind, your mobile number should be registered with the bank for this facility.
