NCB arrest comedian Bharti Singh: All you need to know

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested famous comedian Bharti Singh today late evening after being questioned in the drugs case. On Saturday, the NCB arrested Bharti and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa after raiding Bharti Singh’s homes in Andheri, Lokhandwala and Versova. But now the department has confirmed Bharti’s arrest.

However, so far the department has not released any statement about Harsha’s arrest.

Bharti and her husband Harsh Limbachiya are accused of taking drugs. The NCB is questioning both of them in custody.

Explain that after receiving intelligence information from the drugs peddlers, the NCB raided Bharti and Harsh’s house from where the agency had found the suspected substance (ganja) during the search.

The NCB has detained another drugs peddler, although not much information is available about it yet. According to NCB sources, the case of this drug peddler is being linked to the case of Bharti Singh.

Earlier on November 9, the NCB also raided Arjun Rampal’s house and some electronic devices and banned drugs were seized. After this, the NCB sent summons to Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Grabiella. At the same time, Gabriela’s brother Agicialos was arrested by the NCB after receiving drugs at his house.

NCB has been conducting raids ever since the drugs angle surfaced in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. NCB has so far questioned many Bollywood stars.

Recently Arjun Rampal appeared before the NCB, before which he was also questioned by his girlfriend Grabiella Demetriades. The names of Sara Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rakulpreet Singh and Shraddha Kapoor have come so far in the drugs case and NCB has recorded the statement of all.

Bharti Singh is a comedian and TV host who entered the entertainment industry after participating in the fourth season of stand-up comedy show Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Bharti ended up as the second runner up of the reality show.
