A group of junior students opened fire on their senior’s house after an alleged chipping incident in Gwalior on Thursday night. MLB college student Manoj Gurjar had a dispute with his juniors Vikram Tomar and Sonu Yadav over the alleged ragging incident on Thursday morning, according to reports.
A case of ragging has been reported at MLB College Gwalior. The second-year BA student was badly beaten with sticks by his elders. The victim of the case, Vikram Tomar writes to the principal complaining that he was going to his class in the morning when his elders named Sanjeev Gurjar and Manoj Gurjar interrupted and questioned him.
He also mentioned that he was forced to do sit-ups in front of them and was beaten when he protested. After that, the case was assigned to the anti-ragging committee. Separate complaints have been filed with police on both sides. FIR was registered against the accused.
Late Thursday night, 10-15 youths on bicycles opened fire on Senior Manoj Gurjar’s house in Balajipuram in the Madhauganj Police Station area. It broke the window of the house. The senior accused junior students Vikram Tomar, Raja Yadav, Dilip Tomar and Divyansh Mehra of carrying out a fatal attack on him.
After the incident, the victim went to Madhav Ganj police station and filed a complaint against the accused. Police registered a case against four defendants including Vikram Tomar, Sonu Yadav, Raja Yadav and Veer Tomar under various sections and launched a search operation to catch them.
The elder accused the junior student of launching a murderous attack. A junior student complained to head teacher KS is done from Rathore, after which the matter was referred to the anti-ragging committee. Separate complaints have been filed with police on both sides.
