In another news published on its website, The Indian Express quoted sources as saying that Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and his Pakistani counterpart Shah Mahmood Qureshi will both attend the event but no bilateral talks have been fixed between the two.

However, sources say that in the last month, the two countries had decided to abide by the 2003 ceasefire. After taking this decision, this is the first time that the foreign ministers of the two neighbouring countries will face each other. In such a situation, no meeting between the two can be denied.
