ChatGPT is down, when will it be back?

OpenAI's chatbot ChatGPT is currently experiencing an outage for many users around the world. According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, 89% of users are facing issues with ChatGPT, 2% are not able to log in, and 9% are not able to access the website.

ChatGPT's limited capacity for conversational long-term memory makes it prone to making inane comments or repeating itself.
• Training data includes biased texts that sometimes result in ChatGPT reflecting cultural prejudices, stereotypes, or contentious ideas unknowingly. Despite continual efforts to address prejudice, it is difficult to completely eliminate biases from AI models.
