Ground Report | New Delhi: ATS arrested two suspected Al Qaeda; Two terrorists have been arrested and recovered a large number of explosives and pressure cooker bombs in the Sita Bihar area on Dubagga Ring Road in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Three houses here have been cordoned off by the commandos and the search is on.
ATS arrested two suspected Al Qaeda
The Anti-Terrorist Squad ATS claims that these terrorists belonging to Al Qaeda were preparing to carry out serial blasts in Lucknow and other areas of UP. It is also coming out that many big leaders of BJP were also on their target.

ATS had received information about the hiding of Al Qaeda terrorists in a house in Kakori after which it raided here with commandos and heavy force. In the raid, two suspected terrorists were arrested and a pressure cooker bomb, other explosives, and some documents were recovered from them. Now some more people are suspected to be hiding in the house and ATS is investigating.
One of the arrested suspects is being named Shahid. According to the report, the house which was raided belongs to Shahid. He is originally from Malihabad and lived here with his family and used to work in a motor garage. It is being told that these suspected terrorists were going to carry out some major incident in the coming two-three days, but before that, they were nabbed.
Shahid is being questioned by ATS. Shahid has opened a garage here for 12 years. He first lived in Malihabad and then moved to Dubai. After returning from there, he started living in the house behind the garage.

It is being told that as soon as he entered the ATS house, he burnt many documents and maps. Many documents have been taken into custody. ATS also raided Mandiyanv. This raid of ATS caused a stir around. Neighbours say that these people did not speak much to anyone, but there was never a visible talk. At the same time, many people said that if they were involved in anti-national activities, then they should be punished severely.
