Gwalior Mayor elections: The most discussed is the performance of the Aam Aadmi Party in the Madhya Pradesh civic elections. And in this there is a churning on the defeat of BJP in Gwalior. It is believed that the Aam Aadmi Party has spoiled the game of BJP on this seat.

Congress mayor candidate has won in Gwalior after 57 years. BJP's Suman Sharma lost to Congress' Shobha Sikarwar by just 28800 votes. On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party's candidate Ruchi Gupta got more than 45,000 votes. It is believed that if BJP had got these votes, then the Congress would not have won. If this math is correct then it can be assumed that the angry voter of BJP is trusting the Aam Aadmi Party.

Gwalior Mayor elections: Who is Ruchi Gupta?

Ruchi Gupta had sought a ticket for the post of mayor from Congress but she did not get the ticket. Ruchi Gupta was contested by the Aam Aadmi Party and also made the candidate for the post of mayor.

Big Win in Singrauli

In Singrauli, Aam Aadmi Party's candidate Rani Agarwal won the mayoral election by 9352 votes. Rani got total 34585 votes, while BJP's Chandrapratap Vishwakarma got 25233 and Congress candidate Arvind Singh got 25031 votes.

By the way, if seen, Aam Aadmi Party is trying to replace Congress in every state, but seeing this election, it seems that Aam Aadmi Party is doing more harm to BJP than Congress. That BJP voter who is troubled by inflation and BJP's policies and does not like Congress also is coming with AAP.
