12th anniversary of Mumbai terror attacks today

In the year 2008, 10 terrorists who came from Pakistan had shaken Mumbai with firing and bomb blasts. In the 26/11 Mumbai attack on November 26, 2008, around 160 people were killed, while more than 300 people were injured.

During the three-day attack, security forces killed 9 terrorists and arrested a terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasab, who was hanged in Pune in November 2012.

Today is the 12th anniversary of the terrorist attack on 26 November 2008 in Mumbai. The Metropolitan Police will organize an event to pay tribute to the martyred security personnel in which only a limited number of people will attend due to the epidemic.

The terrorists targeted Mumbai's Shan Taj Hotel, Hotel Trident, Nariman Point, Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Chabad House, Cama Hospital, Metro Cinema, Leopard Cafe in this attack. To fulfill their intentions, they had chosen the places where there were crowds and which were identified here.

These terrorists entered the sea via India. After this they were divided into different groups. All these terrorists were armed with dangerous weapons. 

All these terrorists had landed in a boat from Karachi, Pakistan on the night of 23 November. After entering the Indian maritime border, he grabbed a boat and killed all four people in it. 

These terrorists divided into six different groups first started around 9 in the night: At 21 am, the firing started at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. The dreaded terrorist Ajmal Kasab was caught in the CCTV here.  Later Kasab was hanged in Yerwada Jail, Pune on November 21, 2012.

It has been 12 years since this terrorist attack, but it is a dark day in India's history that no one can forget. More than 160 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured in the attack. People still feel heartbroken by remembering the Mumbai attack.
