What lead BJP to victory in Madhya Pradesh?

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised for a sweeping victory in Madhya Pradesh, leading in over 150 seats, while the Congress trails with approximately 65 seats. This welfare scheme, initiated on March 5, 2023, provides a monthly stipend of Rs 1,250 to women from economically disadvantaged families. Despite the Congress’s campaign promises of 11 guarantees, the electorate favored the BJP’s existing social welfare programs, resulting in limited interest in the Congress’s offerings.
