Tucker Carlson's video tweet got 60M+ views, Is it because of Elon Musk?

Following his abrupt firing from Fox News earlier this week, Tucker Carlson broke his silence in a Twitter video making major allegations about the US media and its television debates.

Despite not directly addressing the reported firing of him, Carlson's departure from Fox News has been the subject of much speculation. The news network lost an anchor who drew millions of viewers, but it turned out to be too much for owner Rupert Murdoch.

Reports suggest Carlson was fired on Murdoch's personal orders for using vulgar language to describe a female executive.

In the video, which has been viewed more than 70 million times and counting, Carlson expresses his gratitude to Elon Musk for expressing his support. The sudden increase in views is attributed to Musk's endorsement. Carlson also comments on his relief that he can freely share his thoughts on Twitter without fear of censorship or losing track of him.

Carlson's firing from Fox News has sparked a debate about the role of the media and free speech in America. What the future holds for Carlson remains to be seen, but his ability to reach millions of viewers via social media is a clear indication that his voice won't be easily silenced.

Tucker Carlson criticizes US media

During his first public appearance since being fired from Fox News, Tucker Carlson took the opportunity to criticize the state of media debates in the United States.

In a video posted on Twitter, Carlson commented on how meaningless and irrelevant most debates on television are, saying they will be forgotten in five years.

He also argued that certain issues, such as war, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power and natural resources, cannot be discussed in the US media.

According to Carlson, this is due to a consensus reached by the political parties and their donors, who actively work together to prevent any discussion of these issues. Carlson's comments highlight his frustration with the lack of meaningful discourse on important issues in the media.
