In a viral video, a man, named Pravesh Shukla, can be seen smoking and urinating on a person underneath him. While tweeting the video, Hansraj Meena founder of TribalArmy wrote,
“This mischief and insolence of BJP youth leader Pravesh Shukla who urinated on a poor tribal man in Madhya Pradesh is intolerable. This is the real face of BJP towards tribals. MP Administration should take strict action against Pravesh Shukla under SC ST Act. #ArrestPraveshShukla”
The state’s CM Shivraj Singh tweeted, demanding to take action wrote,
A viral video of Sidhi district has come to my notice...
I have instructed the administration to arrest the culprit and take strict action and also impose NSA.
The incident took place in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh. And, the victim belonged to the Kol community.
Reports claim that Pravesh Shukla is the aide to the local representative Seedhi MLA Kedarnath Shukla. But MLA has denied claims. Further, there are pictures circulating on social media where Pravesh Shukla can be seen participating in BJP’s political rallies.

According to Newslaundry, the video is a year old. And, the person who posted it is receiving death threats. Further, another Twitter user wrote,
“BJP leader Pravesh Shukla, who urinated on a tribal youth after MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh's order to impose NSA, put pressure on the victim and got it written on a stamp paper that the video is fake.
