Ground Report | New Delhi: Sushant Singh Rajput, died on 14 June 2020, Five investigative agencies are trying to solve the mystery behind the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, but they are yet to succeed. Sushant was found dead in his flat in Mumbai. Initially, it was told that Sushant committed suicide. But after that, the matter got complicated with each passing day.

Mumbai Police, Bihar Police, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), and Enforcement Directorate (ED) are the five agencies that have probed Sushant Singh Rajput's death so far. But it is not known whether it was a case of suicide or not.

In the preliminary investigation of Mumbai Police, it was found that Sushant committed suicide. At the same time, the CBI has not yet told what was the result of their investigation. The CBI is currently investigating whether Sushant Singh Rajput took his own life, or whether he was murdered.

The task of investigating the Sushant case was entrusted to the CBI by the Supreme Court. Ten months have passed since this too. But what happened in this investigation? The CBI has not yet answered this question.

Former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has been continuously demanding that the CBI investigation report related to the Sushant case be made public. The CBI has taken statements of Bollywood actress and Sushant's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant's friend Siddharth Pithani, his cooks Neeraj and Deepesh Sawant in this case. CBI had formed a committee to find out whether Sushant was murdered?

The committee was headed by Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the forensic department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. Sushant's family had questioned the investigation of the Mumbai Police and they had filed a fresh complaint with the Bihar Police, related to Sushant's death.

The allegations of Sushant's family had taken a political turn in his death case. The matter had cropped up just before the assembly elections in Bihar. From the local level to the capital, this issue became a source of political accusations and counter-allegations.

A team of Bihar Police went to Mumbai to investigate the matter. In this case, questions were raised on the authority of Bihar Police to investigate and many dramatic scenes were also seen with the team of Bihar Police who went to Mumbai.

Due to this, there was a lot of verbal war between Bihar and Maharashtra too. So even though five different agencies have been involved in the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput's death, it still remains a mystery whether Sushant committed suicide or not. Since this case is now with the CBI, then Sushant's fans and others are waiting for the statement of CBI in this case.

What is the evidence that Sushant took his own life?

Nothing on June 14 suggested that the day would be different for Sushant, who lived on the sixth floor of a duplex apartment at Mount Blank Housing Society in Bandra, Mumbai. Around 8 in the morning, he asked for a glass of cold water from his domestic help, Neeraj. For breakfast, he asked his cook Keshav to give him coconut water, juice, and banana.

He didn't have bananas. When Keshav went to ask him what he wanted for lunch at around 10 in the morning, he found the room closed. Believing that Sushant wanted to sleep for a long time, everyone let him stay. But when the actor did not open the door or respond to calls from his creative content manager and flatmate Siddharth Pithani since January 2020, the staff became worried enough to look for a key and alerted Sushant's sister Mitu, who Lives in Mumbai suburb Goregaon, 16 km away.

He decided that the lock had to be broken. Around 1 pm a local locksmith broke the lock of the door. But instead of going to the room immediately, Pithani paid Rs 2,000 to the locksmith and sent him off. Then he came back, and went to Sushant's room, behind him were the house managers Deepesh Sawant and Neeraj. Then he found Sushant hanging from the fan.

Is Disha Salian's death the reason behind the alleged murder of Sushant?

Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager had reportedly died by suicide on June 8. While one theory claims that Sushant was upset because of his death and this was one of the factors behind Sushant's suicide, the other theory is much more sensational. Another theory claims that Disha and Sooraj Pancholi were dating secretly. Disha got pregnant with Sooraj but she did not agree and told Sushant about it. And so both were killed. However, Sooraj has completely denied the claim and has already clarified that he and Disha never knew each other.
