Ground Report | New Delhi: Umar Ali Khan Behat; Umar Ali Khan, son-in-law of Jama Masjid Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari, features in the Samajwadi Party's list of seven candidates for the Legislative Council and one Rajya Sabha seat.
