Ground Report | New Delhi: Who is Mrinal Kutteri; National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2021 on its official website. Mrinal Kuteri has secured AIR 1, followed by Tanmay Gupta has secured rank 2 and Karthika G Nair has secured AIR 3.

Mrinal Kutteri from Hyderabad has got All India Rank 1 followed by Tanmay Gupta from Delhi at rank 2, and Karthika G Nair from Mumbai at AIR 3. Karthika is also topper among females

Mrinal Kutteri from Hyderabad has secured AIR 1 in the NEET UG 2021 result declared today. Following a well-balanced routine marked by focused study sessions and ample breaks helped him do well in the NEET exam. “I did not give up my hobbies while preparing for NEET. I think it would be counterproductive to do so,” said Mrinal.

  • General Category – 50th percentile- NEET cut-off marks 720-138
  • SC/ST/OBC – 40th percentile- NEET cut-off marks 137-108
  • General-PwD – 45th percentile- NEET cut-off marks 137-122
  • SC/ST/OBC-PwD 40th percentile- NEET cut-off marks 121-108
  • This year more than 16 lakh candidates appeared in the NEET 2021 exam.
  • The exam was conducted in 9 regional languages including Hindi, Urdu and English
  • . NEET qualified students will be able to take admission in medical and dental colleges of the country.
  • Admission to B.Sc Nursing will also be based on NEET 2021 score from this year
  • The answer key of the exam is expected to come in around 10 days time.

Earlier, police in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh had arrested groups that allegedly enlisted the support of exam staff and helped candidates solve questions. Some medical aspirants had moved the Supreme Court of India on the ground that the examination was not conducted in a fair and transparent manner. He had asked for cancellation and re-conduct of the examination but the apex court did not entertain his plea.
