Secretaries appointed

Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi has appointed four secretaries, Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka in charge of Chhattisgarh, Deepika Pandey Singh in Uttarakhand, Imran Masood for Delhi, Brijlal Khabri as Bihar, while Sanjay Dutt has been relieved from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and given the assignment of Himachal Pradesh.
