Who is Advocate Vibhor Anand? Arrested in Arbaaz Khan's defamation row

Vibhor Anand A resident of Delhi who claims to be an advocate has been arrested in Delhi for linking actor Arbaaz Khan to the suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his ex-manager Disha Salian. The Mumbai Police Cyber ​​Cell has taken action against the accused Arbaaz Khan in the Sushant and Disha suicide case. He has been brought from Delhi Cyber ​​Cell to Mumbai Crime Branch. 

Arbaaz Khan had lodged a complaint with the cyber cell last month after being named in the case.In the afternoon today, Vibhor had tweeted that Mumbai police had reached his residence to arrest him.

It is reported that the accused had not just spread fake theories in the death cases but also made attempts to defame the Maharashtra government. Speaking about the same, Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh told NDTV, "A fake narrative started in the media that Mumbai police did a bad job- we faced a lot of abuse. We were always sure of our investigation."

Arbaaz Khan had filed the case in the Mumbai Civil Court. The court then ordered Vibhor Anand, Sakshi Bhandari and some unidentified persons to withdraw the social media posts which directly and indirectly defamed Arbaaz Khan. Meanwhile, Arbaaz Khan has been arrested and remanded in CBI custody for questioning, the defamatory post said.

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead on June 14 at his residence in Bandra. A CBI probe is underway. The NCB is also investigating the matter with Drugs Angle. Meanwhile, AIIMS's forensic team said in its final report that Sushant had committed suicide. The case is still under CBI investigation.
