The first FIR number 197/1992 was registered against all the kar sevaks who were charged with robbery, robbery, injuring, damaging the place of public worship and increasing enmity between the two groups on the basis of religion.

In the year 1993, both FIRs were transferred to other places. A special court was set up in Lalitpur for hearing FIR No. 197 against Karsevaks, while FIR No. 198 hearing was transferred to the special court of Rae Bareli.

Meanwhile, the central government led by PV Narasimha Rao, under an ordinance, acquired about 67 acres of land in the name of protecting Ramlala. On 7 January 1993, after the ordinance was approved by Parliament, it was converted into law

Apart from this, on November 9 last year, the Supreme Court gave a decision regarding the ownership of the land. Owing to this decision, the owner of the land pronounced in favor of Ram Janmabhoomi temple.
