Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma blessed with baby girl

Actress Anushka Sharma has given birth to a daughter. Cricketer Virat Kohli himself has informed about becoming the father of the daughter by posting on Instagram and Twitter. Virat Kohli has tweeted and wrote that I want to inform the people with happiness that a daughter is born in our house. Thanks for all your love and prayers.

The cricketer wrote, ' We are very happy to tell both of us that we have a daughter here this afternoon. We are deeply grateful for your love and wishes. Both Anushka and our daughter are perfectly fine and it is our good fortune that we got to experience this chapter of life. 

We know that you will definitely understand that at this time we all need some privacy. ' Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have been trending on Twitter since the news of the daughter's birth.

Virat Kohli has shared this happiness with his fans on Instagram as well as Facebook. Earlier, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli had informed the fans in August last year that a new guest is coming to their house in January 2021. Anushka Sharma was in discussion since then. She often shared photos on social media flaunting baby bumps.

 Recently she also got a photo shoot done for the cover page of a magazine. Anushka Sharma gave an interview to the magazine and said that she would keep her baby away from social media.

Earlier, Anushka had announced that she was going to resume working on movies in May 2021.  

Her husband and the captain of the Indian Cricket Team, Virat Kohli, had recently returned from Australia where he participated in the ongoing India-Australia cricket series.
