The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the results for the April session of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024. Fifty-six students got a perfect score of 100 in the engineering entrance exam JEE-Mains, as per the National Testing Agency (NTA). Out of these, 15 are from Telangana, seven each from Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra, and six from Delhi.
For those who took the second session of the JEE Main 2024 exam, their results can be checked on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. The exam was conducted in two sessions: the first from January 28 to February 1 and the second from April 4 to April 9. It was in computer-based Test (CBT) mode.

In the second session of Paper 1 (BE/BTech), a total of 10,67,95 students appeared.
Out of those who scored a perfect 100, 15 were from Telangana, seven each from Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra, and six from Delhi.
Thirty-nine candidates have been barred from future attempts for three years due to malpractice during the exam, according to the NTA.
The exam was conducted in 13 languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

The second session of JEE (Main) 2024 took place in 571 examination centres across 319 cities, with 22 centres overseas. The first session was conducted in approximately 544 centres across 291 cities, including 21 centres outside the country.
The JEE (Main) percentile required for qualification to JEE (Advanced) has reached its highest point in five years across all categories. This year, the minimum cutoff for the general category is 93.2, up from 90.7 in 2023 and 88.4 in 2022.
