UPSC Prelims result 2022 declared, See list of successful candidates

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared results for civil services prelims exams 2022. 13,000 candidates qualified.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared results for civil services prelims exams 2022. Around 13,000 candidates qualified the exams this time. Prelims were conducted on June 5th 2022. Candidates can check their results on UPSC official website www.upsc.gov.in, a detailed list of successful candidtes has been put on the website with roll numbers.

Nearly 11.52 lakh people have applied for the examination and as many as 13,090 candidates have qualified it, an official said.

Steps to check UPSC Civil Services Prelims result 2022

  • Visit the official website – upsc.gov.in
  • Click on the active examination tab
  • Click on “Civil Services Prelims 2022”
  • click on result link
  • Check your roll number in the list

All successful candidates have to apply for Mains exam 2022.

UPSC in as statement said that initially there were total 861 vacancies for vivil services 2022 which are increased to 1,022. Passed candidates have been asked to apply for Mains 2022 by filling Form-1 (DAF-I). Important dates and guidelines about the submission will be announced in due course on the official website.

Cut-off marks and answer keys of prelims will be uploaded only after the declaration of final results. Candidates can obtain information/clarification regarding their result of the preliminary examination on telephone no 011-23385271, 011-23098543 or 011-23381125.

The CSE result has been announced in 17 days this time, which is a record.

UPSC had recently announced the final result of UPSC Civil Services 2021 exam where the top three positions were secured by women candidates this year. Delhi’s Shruti Sharma had secure AIR 1, followed by AnkitAgarwal and Gamini Singla.

Recently final results of UPSC 2021 were announced in which top three positions were secured by women candidates. A total of 685 candidates — 508 men and 177 women — qualified for the Civil Services 2021.
