The desirable educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Law/Integrated Five years Degree in Law/ Masters in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management/ Company Secretary/ Chartered Accountants/ Cost and Management Accountant. Also two years of experience in Administration/ Accounts/ Legal Matters in any government or Listed – Private Organisation is preferred.

UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2021: Exam Pattern

The mode of the UPSC EPFO 2021 Stage-I exam is offline, MCQ-type questions are asked in the exam. The total number of questions asked in the exam is 120, carrying a weightage of 2.5 marks each. For every incorrect option, candidates will lose ⅓ marks. The mode of the test will be both Hindi and English. Candidates will be provided 120 minutes to write the exam. 

Candidates who have obtained the minimum cutoff marks or above marks will be invited for the interview round. The interview call letter will be issued to candidates a few days before the Interview. Candidates will get marks based on their performance; the weightage of the interview round is 100 marks.

UPSC EPFO Enforcement Officer/ Accounts Officer Pay Scale as per 7th Pay Commission

UPSC EPFO Enforcement Officer/ Accounts Officer posts are permanent. The total salary for UPSC EPFO officers (emoluments including TA, HRA & Other Allowances) is INR 60000.
