UP: 50-Year-Old woman Gangraped, murdered,, legs broken, private parts brutalised

An incident like 'Nirbhaya' has come to light in Badaun in Uttar Pradesh. It is said that the 50-year-old Anganwadi worker was murdered after the gangrape. In the post mortem report, the matter of inserting a rod like thing in the genitals has been revealed. The victim's rib, leg and lung have been damaged by the strike. Despite nearly two days of the incident, the accused are still out of the police custody.

According to the information, a 50-year-old Anganwadi worker was allegedly raped and murdered in Ugahi area of ​​Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh. SSP Sankalp Sharma of Badaun district said that four teams have been formed to apprehend the three accused.

The body of a 50-year-old woman was found in mysterious condition in Ughaiti police station area of ​​Badaun. Based on the post mortem report and the complaint of the family, a case has been registered against three people under rape (under section 376) and murder (under section 302).

SSP Sankalp Sharma said that four teams have been formed to arrest the accused. He said that the accused will be arrested soon. Also said that further investigation is going on.

According to media reports, The woman had gone to the temple to offer prayers on the evening of January 3. Meanwhile, she was murdered after gang rape. In the post-mortem report, a case of inserting a rod-like thing in the woman's genitals has come up. Along with this, the left rib, left leg and left lung have also been damaged by weighty blows. The woman's death has been reported to be due to excessive bleeding and shock.

On the complaint of the family, the Badaun police has registered a case of murder against the accused Mahant and his disciple and the driver after the gang rape. 

The family of the victim has accused the priest of rape and murder. They have also accused the police of a delay in filing an FIR in the case. The police were informed about the case on Monday morning. The police sent the body for post-mortem. The post-mortem report confirmed raped and found injuries in the woman's private parts and fracture in her legs.
