After relaxation in covid norms Tirupati Temple is all set to reopen for prayers. The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Friday released Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan (SED) tickets for December, as the darshan quota for November is “completely booked.” You can do your booking online for next month’s available slots.

TTD Darshan rules

  • The tickets for ‘Special Entry Darshan’ will be available for bookings by pilgrims from 9am. The tickets cost Rs 300 each.
  • As part of the COVID-19 precautions, Pilgrims need to carry certificates for both doses of the vaccine.
  • Certificate of COVID-19 negative obtained within 72 hours prior to the visit also permissible.
  • The ₹300 Special Entry Darshan (SED) tickets will be released at 9 a.m. on October 22 (Friday)
  • Slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD) tokens for the common pilgrims will be released at the same time on October 23 (Saturday).

TTD online booking Steps

  • Visit the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams official website here
  • Click the link saying “Please click here to book Special Entry Darshan (Rs.300) tickets”.
  • Enter mobile number and captcha and click on generate OTP.
  • Enter six-digit OTP you received on the mobile number you entered and click on ‘Login’.
  • Then select the date of your visit on the next page. Here you can only book green and yellow color slots. Red means unavailable, green means available, yellow is fastly filling. Blue slots are not open for booking yet.
  • Select the time slot and the number of people visiting. Fill in their details, keep identity cards handy.
  • Then make payment through card, wallet, or net banking.
  • On successful payment, you will receive your tickets. Download the PDF and keep it for future reference.
