It may be hard to believe but there are some places in India where Indians are not allowed. And the strange fact is that most of these places are being run by Indian owners.

Let's take a look at the places in India where Indians are not allowed:

1. Uno Inn Hotel, Bangalore, Karnataka

Uno Inn Hotel located in Bangalore, this hotel is exclusively for the Japanese. Situated on Langford Cross Road in Shanthinagar, Hotel Uno-In, which also houses a Japanese rooftop restaurant called Teppen, has a policy of not allowing access to Indians, or for that matter, any other non-Japanese nationals.

2. Free Kasol Cafe, Kasol, Himachal Pradesh

Free Kasol Cafe is an Israeli Cafe which is situated in Kasol, Himachal Pradesh. It first came into the spotlight  in 2015 when it denied service to Indian citizens while welcoming only the Israelis. According to the cafe owner, most of the male Indian tourists who visit misbehave with other foreign tourists.

3. Broadland Lodge, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Broadland Lodge in Chennai only offers rooms to people with foreign passports. This hotel strictly runs on the 'No Indian Policy'. Only those who have foreign passports can stay there. Due to its discriminatory policies, the lodge has also been in the limelight for years.

4. Foreigners-Only Beach, Goa

There are a number of beach shacks and restaurant owners in Goa that openly prefer foreign tourists over Indians. The owners of these places say that they prohibit Indians in order to protect their guests in swimsuits and bikinis as there have been multiple instances where Indian men have constantly gazed at them and bothered them.

5. Foreigners-Only Beach, Puducherry

Just like in Goa, there are beaches in Puducherry where some beaches, shacks and restaurants are reserved exclusively for foreigners.
