The Supreme Court has strictly prohibited showing the remaining episodes of Sudarshan TV on the program being shown about the Muslims being selected in the civil service.
Judge DY Chandrachud, presiding over the three-judge bench in the Supreme Court, said that the claims being made by this channel are fatal and they are damaging the credibility of UPAC examinations and it hurts the country.
Justice Chandrachud said, “An anchor comes and says that a particular community is infiltrating the UPSC. Could there be anything more deadly than this. Such allegations affect the stability of the country and blamed the credibility of UPSC examinations. is.”
He said that every person who applies for UPSC comes through the same selection process and to indicate that a community is trying to infiltrate the civil services, it causes great harm to the country.
The Supreme Court will hear the case again on Thursday.

The Delhi High Court had stayed the program on August 28. While hearing a petition by the students of Jamia Milia Islamia University, Delhi High Court Judge Naveen Chawla issued a stay order against the broadcast of the program.
But on 10 September, the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting allowed the channel to broadcast these programs.
