The police operation focused on two primary concerns: elevated noise levels and unlawful vehicle alterations. Numerous operators were discovered playing music at decibel levels far exceeding allowed limits, resulting in disturbances to residents, especially the elderly and infirm. Furthermore, certain DJ operators modified their vehicles to facilitate DJ equipment, contravening the Motor Vehicles Act.

Before the festivals, the police implemented proactive measures to ensure compliance. A was convened with all DJ operators in the city, during which they were informed of the Supreme Court directives and the regulations from the Madhya Pradesh government. The operators were explicitly directed to comply with the designated time constraints and sound levels during the celebrations.

Notwithstanding these endeavors, numerous operators persisted in violating the regulations. The authorities enacted stringent surveillance protocols, encompassing the photographing and recording of DJ activities. This evidence was utilized to locate and apprehend the 91 offenders under the Clamour Act.

The enforcement action extended beyond just noise infractions. Truck drivers who converted their cars into DJ rigs were charged under the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Cars Act. The alterations were classified as unlawful and potentially dangerous.
During the festival, law enforcement executed raids in multiple locations within their authority. They engaged in continuous dialogues with operators to promote adherence. The continued infractions resulted in subsequent court proceedings.

The ramifications of these illicit DJ operations were substantial. The loud sound posed challenges for the elderly, the ill, and the general populace. It also presented difficulties for the police in preserving order and safety during the celebrations.

All DJ operators implicated in the instances will be apprehended and presented in court as part of the ongoing proceedings. This decisive measure acts as a caution to others and highlights the authorities' dedication to enforcing noise pollution restrictions during religious festivities.

The actions of the Bhopal Police underscore the necessity of balancing festive celebrations with civic responsibility, ensuring that cultural activities do not compromise public welfare and law enforcement.
