How to Become a Contributor

If you are passionate about the environment and want to share your voice, Ground Report provides the perfect platform for you. To get started, simply submit a pitch outlining the story you want to write. Once your pitch is approved, you will be given the rights to publish your article on our platform.

We welcome stories on a wide range of environmental topics, from climate change and pollution to local sustainability efforts and wildlife conservation. You are free to write about the issues that matter to you, as long as they fit within the environmental theme of the platform.

The content must be original and not copied from other sources.

We expect clear, well-researched and fact-based writing.

Once your pitch is approved, your article should closely follow the details you provided in your pitch. If the article deviates too much from the approved pitch, it may be rejected and no payment will be made.

Your story can cover any environmental issue impacting India today. You can write about the air pollution choking our cities, the water scarcity affecting rural areas, the impact of deforestation on biodiversity, or the effects of climate change on agricultural communities. Whether you're writing about a global issue or a local challenge, we want to hear your perspective on how environmental concerns are shaping our country.

To submit your pitch, simply fill out the form provided below. Once we receive your submission, we will review it and let you know if it is approved. If you don’t hear back from us within two weeks, it means your pitch did not meet our criteria, and you are welcome to revise and resubmit.
