Sameer Wankhede NCB officer who busted bollywood drug nexus

NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede, who is in the news after the NCB raided a cruise rave party in Mumbai. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryaan Khan was present at the party and was detained for interrogation.

Who is Sameer wankhede?

• Wankhede is known for his toughness and do not spare anybody breaking rules not even celebrities.
• He is a 2008 batch Indian Revenue Service office. Before he joined the NCB, he was in the National Investigation Agency.
• He booked many celebrities for tax evasion.
• He even didn't allowed 2011 word cup trophy to pass from Mumbai airpory without paying duty.

• NCB collected information and planned a raid to caught everyone red handed.
• NCB has question many big celebrities before this incident.
• There is big nexus of drug peddlers who provide drugs to bollywood celebrities. NCB is keeping eye on them specially after Sushant Singh rajput's suicide case.

Sameer is Husband of Famous Marathi actress Kranti Redkar

Kranti Redkar Famous marathi actress who is also a wife of Sameer Wankhede told Economic Times that her husband sacrifices his personal life to serve the country and she is immensely proud of him. She said, “Our twin babies sometimes miss him at home, which is obvious. They are three-year-old, and missing their father at home is obvious for them. But Sameer knows I am there at home to take care of his family, kids and he does not have to worry about anything. I am so proud that Sameer is sacrificing his personal life, kids and family for the nation."
