Jio has issued a WhatsApp number for this service. This is WhatsApp number-7000770007. Save this Jio care number in the contact list and send it on WhatsApp by simply typing 'Hi'.
Apart from recharge, many options related to the service will come in the reply, the company is also offering many more services to the users through this number. Through this WhatsApp number, users can get a new broadband connection as well as make inquiries related to Jio Fiber.

After sending Hi message to the given WhatsApp number, Jio will ask you about your query. In response to the message, Jio SIM recharge, Get new Jio SIM and port-in (MNP), Jio fiber support, support for international roaming, and support for Jio Mart sends options. :
Jio will show some prepaid plans for recharge, If you select the recharge option, then you will be shown some prepaid plans from Jio. After selecting the plan, you will be redirected to the company's official website where you will be able to complete the payment process.
