Pulwama Attack on India was "big win" for Arnab Goswami

Editor in chief of Republic Media Arnab Goswami said in the whatsApp chat that they had achieved great success by being able to report the Pulwama attack earlier than any other media.

On February 14, 2019, 40 Indian soldiers were killed in a terrorist attack in Pulwama, Kashmir. Arnab Goswami has been criticized by many for sharing screenshots of WhatsApp chat information that he only focused on the TRP rating in the terrorist attack that rocked the country and killed many soldiers. There have been tweets calling Arnab a hypocritical patriot.

In a chat between 4.19pm and 5.45pm on the day of the Pulwama attack on February 14, 2019, Arnab said that they were 20 minutes ahead of everyone else in reporting the biggest terrorist attack in Kashmir this year. "We have made this attack a great success," he said. Modi is also mentioned in this chat.

India had attacked Balakot on February 26, 2019 in retaliation for the Pulwama attack. It is clear from this chat information that Arnab already knew about this attack. In the chat that took place on February 23, 2019, Arnab says that ‘another big thing will happen soon’.

Arnab Bark is the CEO of the company. Congratulations. In response, Arnab explained in a chat that when he came to his office, he knew the energy of the people there and that he needed to stay in Delhi for another month. The chat also announces that the BJP will sweep the elections that year as well.

The alleged chats also reveal that Goswami had prior information about some sensitive events and details including the Balakot airstrikes, three days before it happened.

Earlier, WhatsApp chats were leaked in connection with the TRP scam. This has created a great deal of controversy.

The leaked chats indicate that Arnab has good relations with the Prime Minister and the Prime Minister's Office.

In an earlier WhatsApp chat, Partho said that he had blocked the NBA and that Rajat Sharma of India TV was following him and wanted to save the way of the Prime Minister. Partho tells Arnab to read the letter he sent when he has time.

In response, Arnab assured the Prime Minister's assistance. He says he will meet the Prime Minister on Thursday. The Bark CEO said that he had told the Troy and Rajat Sharma not to interfere in their affairs and that he had helped the BJP and the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on several occasions.
